Does a BLACK life really matter?

The Comedian and radio host Rickey Smileys youngest daughter was shot three times on Sunday going to get something to eat. Three black children…babies ages around eight years old were killed this weekend in different cities. They were simply being children, and got caught in the crossfire.

So where is the Black Lives Matters for these babies? Where is the uproar? Where is the burning of the black men houses that killed three babies?

See we choose what we want to fight for, and who we want to protest against when we’re still killing our own race.

It’s totally embarrassing when we have people of all nationalities, all across the country fighting for us to be treated fairly when we as black folks are still continuing to kill our own race. Our own race is causing innocent lives to be taken.

We’re making it easy for other races not to give a rats ass about us and be like “See…they ain’t gonna change”.

If I were a white person, or any other race other than black protesting…I’d gather my damn posters and take my damn ass to the house and be like, “Aight…so we’re protesting with y’all and this is how y’all gone do it? I’m out!”

Yep, I said it and I ain’t taking it back. I sure as hell don’t care who gets mad. I’m mad because the mothers of those three babies have to now bury them. We Black folks should be ashamed.

Peace and Blessings

I understand your frustration. I believe tragedy precedes the cause. Had it not been for the filming of George Floyd’s murder, there would be no black lives movement. I’m glad you are speaking out because we are definitely moving backwards if we still haven’t learn to care for our own, especially when the enemy has readily identified themselves. I’m wondering where the outcry is for the families of the hanged. Did you see the march at Stone Mountain at the birthplace of the KKK? Something to observe. We are all frustrated, angry, hurting and confused. This is one year I wish we could have skipped. I can’t imagine being pregnant and/or raising small children right now. My son is 25 and I pray for him daily. Hoping God will put a hedge around him because you don’t have to be a convict, gang member, drug seller or even in the wrong place at the wrong. You just have to be the wrong color.
